Weekend portraits

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing a colleague and his family at home. I used a Phase One IQ250 and my two standard Sk lenses; a 28mm LS and 80mm LS for all of the shots. It was partly cloudy, so many of the shots had to be paused while the clouds passed, but eventually I got the shots I wanted--at least most of them. The one shot I didn't get was of their two year old daughter, because she was constantly running around. I did get some decent shots of her, but they weren't what I had anticipated getting before going over to the house. In one shot, it seemed like we would not be able to get their dog to pose the way we wanted, but in the end we got the shot, making me think that dogs are easier to shoot than exuberant kids.
